Get the size right first.
It is worn every day and it does not adjust, so this is the one detail worth two minutes. Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are at their largest.
How to measure your ring size at home
- 1Wrap a strip of paper or a length of string around the base of the finger you will wear the ring on.
- 2Mark where the end overlaps, so the loop is snug but slides over your knuckle.
- 3Lay the strip flat and measure to the mark in millimetres. That is your finger circumference.
- 4Match the millimetres to the chart to find your US size (7–13).
Between two sizes, or measuring a wider knuckle, size up. Got it wrong anyway? 15-day returns cover an exchange. That is the most common reason people use them.
Fingers expand naturally overnight and with temperature changes. A ring that feels like an exact, snug fit during the day can become uncomfortably tight while sleeping. Aim for a breathable fit that clears your knuckle with light resistance but won't slide off. If you are in between sizes, always size up.
